Orders are processed as soon as possible after payment is received.
Some garments have to be made so this process can take between 3 - 7 days. You will be informed as to the progress of your order
Items that are already in stock will be posted withing 24 hours of payment being received

Wholesale Buyers - Once the order is placed and ready to go you will be advised of the additional postal charges over the flat rate charged in store - I will send you an invoice deducting the $11.00 already paid - All Goods Posted Registered Mail
FREIGHT CHARGES - INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
International Buyers - Freight Charges Vary so when you place your order you will be charged the flat rate of $11.00 we have in store. We will email you and let you know what the additional freight charges are for your approval and then send you a Pay Pal Invoice for the difference
Goods Posted Registered Mail Overseas - Air Mail - ETA 7 - 10 days - signature required

Important Note; As from November 2010 All Parcels to the USA will incur an additional $9.00AU surcharge and delays of 48 hours due to security checks in the US postal service - this is USA Government & Australia Post Regulation

ORDERS: Wholesale Orders can take between 7 - 21 Days to complete and you will be advised as to the progress of your order
EXCHANGES; All Exchanges will be dealt with on an individual basis
E-mail as soon as the garment is received and found to be incorrect the garment must be returned within 7 days in the same condition it was sent
Buyer is to pay all postal charges concerning the exchange unless Enchantdress is at fault
PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE via ~ Pay Pal ~ Direct Bank ~ Money Orders ~ Business Cheques (Australia Only)
Credit Card Payments can be made via the Pay Pal Link - there you have an option to bypass Pay Pal and choose Credit Card Payments
Cheques must be cleared before items are posted
